The first time you run the program, a wizard will guide through the process of creating a new backup, or synchronizing your data between two different locations. One interesting feature is that the wizard will let you select what you want to backup, and this can be: files, folders, Windows Registry Keys, Outlook files, Explorer Favorites and History, Firefox and Thunderbird Profiles, Windows Settings, and others.
